You must create a space with the ServiceNow bot to link your ServiceNow account.

1	In the app header, click , and then choose Send a direct message.
2	Enter the bot name ServiceNow.bot@webex.bot and create the space.
3	Enter help and send the message. How to build an email list.
4	Click Link ServiceNow Account.
5	Enter your ServiceNow domain, excluding the .service-now.com, and click Validate. If you limit access to IP addresses or you use a firewall, you must allow the IP addresses in the following link https://botworkflows.webex.com/firewall-friendly-ips
6	Click Proceed to Admin Setup. Click How do I find my ServiceNow Client ID, Secret, and Redirect URL. Then, do the following: Sign in to your ServiceNow instance, in your Filter Navigator search for Application Registry. Click New and then click Create an OAuth API endpoint for external clients to create an application. The Client ID is automatically generated. Home building software for mac freehereiup. Enter a unique name for your application, copy the Redirect URL and Logo URL information from the Create OAuth form and enter them for Redirect URL and Logo URL. For Accessible from, choose All Application Scopes, and then click Submit. Search for your new application in Application Registries and click on your application name in the results. Click Toggle Password Visibility to see the automatically generated Client Secret.
7	Enter your Client ID and Client Secret.
8	Check the required Incident Fields. Ensure all the necessary fields are included, as users use these fields to create incidents using the bot in your ServiceNow instance. You can also choose to edit this selection, enter @ServiceNow Manage in the Webex app.
9	Click Submit. In the Webex space with the ServiceNow bot, you receive a confirmation message and all your ServiceNow users can report and search for incidents right from Webex.

The Webex Teams API enables you to create an application in any language, and the community has been working on frameworks and examples to help you on this journey. Delivering apps that are more than prototypes requires allocating effort and resources to meet availability and security requirements.
