We price our services primarily on the number of bartenders that will be required at your event, which can vary greatly based on the level of service requested. A single bartender can potentially handle 100+ guests in an open bar with basic wine and beer selection. When factoring in requirements like cocktail service, transactions, and larger beverage selections; that number can drop to under 50 guests per bartender. Standard Service - $30/hr per bartender

This includes all basic bar tools: openers, shakers, measures, bar mats, cloths, ice bins, and assorted hospitality items.

If you’re in need of additional setup for your event, we rent a number of items to suit your needs. For events with no bar available on site, an average setup including tables, linens, coolers, and bins typically works out to $50 per station. Wolfensteingamerate. If you're looking for a quote, you can make the process faster and more reliable by providing the number of guests, date, total number of hours requested, the venue (and if there will be a bar provided), and any additional services or requests you may need for your event. Be advised that we typically require an hour of set-up and take-down time before and after the event. This also includes assistance you may need cleaning up after the event.

A deposit of $1 per guest in attendance is also required upon booking, and comes with a free one hour consultation (for locations within one half-hour of Edmonton).

Our bartenders also enjoy the opportunity to receive tips for good service, but if this method isn't a match for your specific event, we simply ask for a gratuity calculated to $10/hr of liquor service for each bartender.
